The term was first used in 1910 by the English art critic Roger Fry who needed a word to describe the group of artists including Paul Gauguin, Paul Cezanne,  Georges Seurat, and you guessed it, Vincent Van Gogh.

Simply put, Post-Impressionism is a natural extension of Impressionism, borrowing certain elements but embracing more artistic and WILD possibilities than Impressionism ever did.
We’ll explore the world of these brilliant pioneers and paint a few masterpieces of our own.
