Regular Class Cancellation Policy:
Please pay in full upon registration.
You may cancel up to 7 days prior to first class date for a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
If you need to cancel within 7 days of first class date, no refunds or credits unless we are able to fill your child's spot.
We reserve the right to cancel any class due to under-enrollment, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:
Please pay in full upon registration.
Fee is refundable 30 days up to before first camp date, minus $15 processing fee.
If you need to cancel with 30 days before camp begins, no refunds or credits unless we are able to fill your child's spot.
We reserve the right to cancel any camp due to under-enrollment, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Waiver and Photo/Video Release
By enrolling your child in any class or camp, you agree to the following terms:

I hereby give my approval to my child’s participation in any and all Early Masters activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, and, I do hereby waive release, absolve, indemnify instructors, supervisors, participants, and associates of Early Masters, for any claim arising out of any injury to my child. My child, and their artworks, may be photographed while participating in Early Masters activities for use in Early Masters brochures, websites, social media, and studio display purposes. |
